Why not use allergen-free plant-based perfume?
It doesn't exist. We use essential oils, which naturally contain allergin raw materials.

The product is thick and gooey, and left oily stains on my clothes.
When this product is stored too cold, it becomes thick and can no longer be used. If used anyway, it may leave oily stains on your clothes and leave a gummy deposit in your fabric softener dispenser. To get rid of the stains, wash your clothes in hot water. Clean the dispenser and run several rinse cycles to clean the machine.

Can this product be used on wool and silk?
No. The thin layer left on clothing will damage such fabrics.

Is it OK to spray this product on cloth and use as a dryer sheet?
Yes, but it may turn the cloth yellow.

What mineral is in this product?
Magnesium Chloride.

How does this product work?
Fabric Softener consists of positive charged particles. Laundry submerged in water has a negative charge. They adhere to each other, resulting in softer laundry.

After using this product, my towels less absorbant. Why?
Too much fabric softener has been used. Be sure to not use more than the dosage specified on the label.

How do I use this product when hand-washing?
Add the fabric softener in the last rinse and leave in.
