Yes, but be sure that it is not galvanized.

Peroxide.

It could have been because of an irregular batch, or maybe the temperature of your dishwasher needs to be adjusted.

Actually, it was most likely the hard water, since this product only cleans and does not contain any water softeners. Try using rinse aid.

The tablets don't clean tomato stains.
Since the tablets do not contain phosphates, stains like these can be difficult to get out.

How long does it take for the tablets to dissolve?
The tablet dissolves in approximately 10 minutes in 104º F water.

I smell a sulphite/ammonia odor when I used this product with Jet Dry®.
The smell is not created by the tablets, since they have already dissolved and are gone by the time rinse aid is introduced into the cycle.
