Can I use this product with aluminum? Yes, but be sure that it is not galvanized.
What is the origin of the sodium percarbonate and bleach activator? Peroxide.
Why is there a film on my dishes after the washing cycle is complete? This could be limescale, try using more rinse aid.
Can I use this product with my silver? No.
Is the starch in this product derived from corn? Yes.
Can I use this product with my china? No. This product is phosphate-free, which is great for rivers, but could promote the corrosion of delicate glassware.
The tablet did not dissolve. Why? It could have been because of an irregular batch, or maybe the temperature of your dishwasher needs to be adjusted.
Where should I put the tablet? You can place the tablet in the detergent dispenser or cutlery basket.

I think your tablets damaged my heating element. Actually, it was most likely the hard water, since this product only cleans and does not contain any water softeners. Try using rinse aid.
The tablets don't clean tomato stains. Since the tablets do not contain phosphates, stains like these can be difficult to get out.
How long does it take for the tablets to dissolve? The tablet dissolves in approximately 10 minutes in 104º F water.
I smell a sulphite/ammonia odor when I used this product with Jet Dry®. The smell is not created by the tablets, since they have already dissolved and are gone by the time rinse aid is introduced into the cycle.
