  Spring at Ecover has already sprung with great news. Our CEO, Mick Bremans, has been nominated by the Vlerick Alumni for Belgium’s most prestigious ‘Vlerick Award 2010’. The winner of this 10th edition of the Vlerick Award will be chosen based on the following criteria: "a business leader who guided his company to the international top with sustainable results".
21-01-2010   A farewell tribute to Mr. Jørgen Philip-Sørensen CBE
  It is with great sadness that we learned that the Chairman and Owner of Ecover, Mr. Jørgen Philip-Sørensen CBE passed away on Monday January 18th, in Switzerland. He died at the age of 71 after succumbing to a long battle with illness.
04-06-2008   ECOVER AND WATERAID LAUNCH GROUND-BREAKING PARTNERSHIP
  Ecover, the world’s leading manufacturer of ecological cleaning products, has today launched a three-year partnership with international charity WaterAid. This partnership supports a project in Ethiopia, providing sustainable and ongoing access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene education.

  Environmental accounting experts Best Foot Forward has won a contract with Ecover. Best Foot Forward has been appointed to help measure Ecover’s carbon and ecological footprints as part of an on-going sustainability programme.
16-05-2007   Ecover Opens New Factory in France
  Boulogne-sur-Mer (France). On May 11th, 2007, the new ECOVER factory in the Landacres national business park near Boulogne-sur-Mer, France, was officially opened by Belgium’s Minister of Environmental Affairs and Pensions, Bruno Tobback. ECOVER, the European market leader in ecological washing and cleaning products is increasing its production capacity to meet the continuously rising demand for ecological products. ECOVER has invested more than € 10 million in the project, 40% of which represents all extra measures taken to add ecological value. The new ECOVER factory is the first ecological factory north of Paris. ECOVER already has factories in Malle (Belgium) and Steffisburg (Switzerland).
