Fabric Softener

The consistency of my Fabric Softener is thick instead of the usual milky liquid. Can I still use this liquid?

If Ecover Fabric Softener is stored in an excessively cold location it will thicken. As a result the liquid does not flow as easily or even not at all from the dosage tray into the washing machine. Adding water doesn’t solve the problem.
