Ecover develops the awareness of its employees with respect to their activities. This is done by means of training courses related to the environment, workplace safety and job responsibilities.
All training courses are delivered in the following ways:
- self-study
- internal information sessions with guest speakers
- external visits
- external education and training
All types of external education and training are considered: courses, workshops, external information sessions, training courses, visits to trade fairs, lectures, experience exchange sessions, evening courses, and so on.
