Minimal hierarchy
Ecover strives to maintain long-term working relations with its staff. There is a minimal hierarchy within Ecover’s open, transparent organisation. We address each other by first name and if you have a good idea you will be listened to seriously. This creates an attractive open working atmosphere where everyone feels at home.

High commitment
A thorough knowledge of the environment is a basic requirement for a range of key functions. This is not strictly necessary with many other functions as all staff ultimately acquire an adequate understanding of the environment during their work. And although it is not a prerequisite for being able to work at Ecover, many members of staff are involved in other environmental areas during their free time.
